• 摘要：

• 慢性移植肾损伤（CAI)是导致移植肾失功的主要原因，严重影响肾移植术后患者的生存，肾移植术后患者需长期定期复查明确移植肾功能的情况。目前关于CAI的发病机制的探讨主要集中在免疫因素与非免疫因素两个方面，在治疗上致力于延缓移植肾失功的进展，在长期随访管理过程中的多个环节进行评估并采取预防措施。近年来CAI在中医药领域的研究也逐渐丰富起来，不仅仅局限在中成药的应用，单个中药的现代药理研究日益完善，为中医药在CAI治疗方面的应用提供了更多的理论和临床依据。本文就CAI的中西医治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。

• Chronic renal allograft injury(CAI) is the main cause of allograft failure, which seriously affects the survival of patients after renal transplantation, and patients need long-term regular review to determine the function of the transplanted kidney. At present, discussion on the pathogenesis of CAI mainly focuses on two aspects: immune factors and non-immune factors. Treatment is committed to delaying the progression of renal allograft failure, evaluating and taking preventive measures at multiple links in the long-term follow-up management process. In recent years, researches of CAI in the field of traditional Chinese medicine has gradually enriched, not only limited to the application of Chinese medicine, but the modern pharmacological research of a single Chinese medicine has become more and more perfect. It provides more theoretical and clinical basis for the application of Chinese medicine in CAI treatment. This paper reviews the research progress of the treatment of CAI with Chinese and western medicine.
