• 摘要：

• 世界范围内过敏性疾病的发病率逐年上升，严重影响患者的生活质量，但其发病机制尚未完全明确。近年来，半乳糖凝集素3（Gal-3）作为过敏性疾病的相关因子，在各种过敏性疾病的研究中受到重视。我们查阅中外文献报道，对Gal-3的相关生物学特性及其在过敏性疾病中的研究进展进行综述，以期为过敏性疾病发病机制的研究和疾病诊治提供理论基础。

• The incidence of allergic diseases is increasing year by year in worldwide, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients, but its pathogenesis is not completely clear. In recent years, galectin-3 (Gal-3), as a related factor of allergic diseases, has been paid attention to as a related factor in various allergic diseases. In this review, Chinese and foreign literature reports were reviewed to describe the related biological characteristics of Gal-3 and its research progress in allergic diseases, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the study of pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases.
