• 摘要：

• 心力衰竭是心血管疾病患者死亡的主要原因，合并肺动脉高压（PH）的射血分数保留型心力衰竭（HFpEF）患者的短期和长期病死率增加。目前关于左心相关性PH的定义有了新的建议，针对发病机制的研究也在不断深入。用于治疗动脉性PH的特异性药物应用于HFpEF相关性PH患者的结果差异较大。相关研究发现该病异质性较大，血流动力学指标差异大，进一步分类单纯毛细血管后性PH和毛细血管前后混合性PH可能为特异性药物应用提供指导，除药物治疗外，器械治疗也展现出其独特的优势。本文就HFpEF相关性PH的研究进展进行综述。

• Heart failure is the leading cause of death in patients with cardiovascular disease, and short-term and long-term fatality increases in patients of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF) complicated with pulmonary hypertension(PH). At present, there are new suggestions on the definition of left heart-related PH, and the research on the pathogenesis is also deepening. The results of specific drugs used to treat arterial PH in patients with HFpEF associated PH vary widely. Relevant studies have found that the disease has a huge heterogeneity and a wide difference in hemodynamic indicators. Further classification of post-capillary PH and combined pre- and post-capillary PH may provide guidance for specific drugs application. In addition to drug treatment, device therapy also showed its unique advantages. This paper reviews the research progress of HFpEF associated PH.
