七味三七口服液联合新型可注射骨水泥螺钉对老年肱骨近端骨折患者的治疗效果分析

• 摘要：

• 目的  分析七味三七口服液联合新型可注射骨水泥螺钉对老年肱骨近端骨折患者的治疗效果。方法  选取2018年5月至2020年12月四川省骨科医院收治的110例老年肱骨近端骨折患者。完全随机分为常规组和联合组，各55例。其中常规组给予新型可注射骨水泥螺钉手术治疗，联合组在常规组的基础上术前2 d开始加用七味三七口服液治疗14 d。比较2组患者肩关节功能、临床疗效、手术指标（骨折愈合时间、出血量、手术时长）及并发症发生情况。结果  联合组Neer肩关节功能评分中活动范围项评分及Constant-Murley评分明显高于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。联合组总有效率高于常规组［90.9%（50/55）比76.4%（42/55）］，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组骨折愈合时间、出血量、手术时间短于/少于常规组，并发症发生率低于常规组［5.5%（3/55）比21.8%（12/55）］，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论  七味三七口服液联合新型可注射骨水泥螺钉治疗老年肱骨近端骨折可有效促进患者术后恢复，减少术中出血量，改善肩关节功能，减少并发症发生率，安全有效。

• Objective  To analyze the therapeutic effect of Qiwei Sanqi oral liquid combined with new injectable bone cement screws on elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures. Methods  A total of 110 elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures in Sichuan Province Orthopedic Hospital were enrolled from May 2018 to December 2020. They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the combined group, with 55 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with new injectable bone cement screws; on the basis of the conventional group, the combined group was treated with Qiwei Sanqi oral liquid 2 d before operation for 14 d. The shoulder joint function, clinical efficacy, surgical indicators (fracture healing time, blood loss, operation duration), and complications were compared between the two groups. Results  The shoulder motion range score in Neer shoulder joint function score and the Constant-Murley score in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(all P<0.05). The total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group［90.9%(50/55) vs 76.4%(42/55)］, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The fracture healing time, blood loss and operation duration in the combined group were shorter/less than those in the conventional group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the conventional group［5.5%(3/55) vs 21.8%(12/55)］(all P<0.05). Conclusions  Qiwei Sanqi oral liquid combined with new injectable bone cement screws is safe and can effectively promote postoperative recovery of elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures, reduce intraoperative blood loss, improve shoulder joint function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
