  • 脓毒症是机体对感染的过度免疫反应所引起的炎症综合征,发病机制极为复杂。近年来研究发现中性粒细胞能释放一种其间镶嵌多种杀菌蛋白酶的中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)来杀灭病原体。此外也有证据表明NETs对脓毒症等疾病具有双向调节作用,对机体产生保护作用的同时也会造成组织损伤、血栓形成、免疫系统紊乱等负面影响,适当抑制NETs形成可以降低脓毒症的危重性。未来关于NETs的调控可能为临床上预防和治疗脓毒症提供一条新途径。本文主要针对NETs在脓毒症中的利弊机制最新相关研究作以综述性分析。

  • Sepsis is an inflammatory syndrome caused by the excessive immune response of the body to infection, and its pathogenesis is extremely complex. In recent years, it has been found that neutrophils can release a neutrophil extracelluar traps(NETs) embedded with a variety of bactericidal proteases to kill pathogens. In addition, there is also evidence that NETs has a two-way regulatory effect on sepsis, which not only has a protective effect on the body, but also causes negative effects such as tissue injury, thrombosis and immune system disorders. Appropriate inhibition of NETs formation can reduce the severity of sepsis. The regulation of NETs in the future may provide a new way for clinical prevention and treatment of sepsis. This paper mainly reviews the latest research on the advantages and disadvantages of NETs in sepsis.
