• 摘要：

• 维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素，是人体必需的一种营养成分。维生素D有许多重要的生理功能，如钙磷代谢、骨骼生长、免疫调节、细胞分化等。除此之外，研究认为维生素D是神经内固醇的一种，作为神经甾体，它不仅影响大脑稳态，还参与了调节脑内递质、神经因子的分泌，促进神经元分化、成熟，调控大脑的钙信号传导系统，影响大脑神经功能，产生抗氧化效应，通过调节脑内炎症因子、神经介质传递等发挥抗癫痫作用。本文就维生素D与癫痫发生、发展和抗癫痫药物的关系作一综述。

• Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and an essential nutrient for human body. Vitamin D has many important physiological function, such as calcium and phosphorus metabolism, bone growth, immune regulation, cell differentiation and so on. In addition, studies have found that vitamin D is a kind of neurosterol. As a neurosteroid, it not only affects the steady state of the brain, but also participates in regulating the secretion of neurotransmitters and nerve factors in the brain, promoting the differentiation and maturation of neurons, regulating the calcium signal transduction system of the brain, affecting the nerve function of the brain and producing antioxidant effects. It plays an antiepileptic role by adjusting inflammatory factors and neurotransmitter transmission in the brain. This paper reviews the correlation of vitamin D to the occurrence and development of epilepsy and antiepileptic drugs.
