• 摘要：

• 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种常见于育龄期女性的累及多器官的自身免疫性疾病。长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）是长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA。研究证明，lncRNA与SLE发病关系密切，可能为SLE提供新的诊断生物标志物及治疗靶点。本文将lncRNA在SLE发病中的研究进展作一综述。

• Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease affecting multiple organs common in women of childbearing age. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a non-coding RNA which is greater than 200 nucleotides in length.  Studies have proved that lncRNA is closely related to the pathogenesis of SLE, which may provide new biomarkers for diagnosis and therapeutic targets of SLE. This article reviews the research progress on lncRNA in the pathogenesis of SLE.
