NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体是炎症反应中最具有代表性的一种三聚体复合物,它不仅是炎症反应的“感受器”,亦是炎症反应的“调节器”。糖尿病高糖环境下可通过多种机制激活NLRP3炎症小体,引发炎症反应,进而影响糖尿病相关疾病的发生发展。近年来,NLRP3炎症小体引起的炎症反应在糖尿病相关疾病中的作用越来越受到重视。本文主要对NLRP3炎症小体的激活及其在糖尿病相关疾病中的作用进行阐述。
NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome is the most representative trimer complex in inflammation. It is not only the "receptor" of inflammation, but also the "regulator" of inflammation. Under the high glucose environment of diabetes mellitus, NLRP3 inflammasome can be activated through various mechanisms, which may lead to inflammation and further affect the development of diabetes-related diseases. In recent years, the role of inflammation induced by NLRP3 inflammasome in diabetes-related diseases has attracted more and more attention. This paper mainly expounds the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome and its role in diabetes-related diseases.
