• 摘要：

• 慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）是呼吸系统常见病之一，患者常出现急性肾损伤。近年来AECOPD患者数量不断增多，但对AECOPD相关性急性肾损伤的研究尚未受到足够重视。本文综述了AECOPD患者并发急性肾损伤的相关因素及早期诊断生物标志物研究进展，以期为减少AECOPD相关性急性肾损伤的漏诊漏治，促进AECOPD的诊治提供参考。

• Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) is one of the common diseases of the respiratory system, and patients often have acute kidney injury. In recent years, the number of AECOPD patients has been increasing, but the research on AECOPD-related acute kidney injury has not received enough attention. This paper reviews the research progress of related factors of AECOPD patients complicated with acute kidney injury and biomarkers for early diagnosis, in order to reduce the missed diagnosis and treatment of AECOPD related acute kidney injury and to promote the diagnosis and treatment of AECOPD.
