• 摘要：

• 大动脉炎心脏受累并不少见，早期及时的诊断与患者的预后密切相关。超声心动图具有经济、可重复、非侵入性等优点，对大动脉炎心脏受累的早期诊断具有重要的临床价值，是大动脉炎患者心血管系统受累评估和随访中的首选影像学检查。随着超声诊断技术的不断发展，一些超声新技术表现出显著的优势。但目前关于大动脉炎心脏受累的超声研究尚少。本文就超声心动图在大动脉炎心脏受累评估中的研究进展作一综述。

• Cardiac involvement in Takayasu arteritis (TA) is not rare. Early and timely diagnosis is closely related to the prognosis of TA patients. Echocardiography, as an inexpensive, reproducible and noninvasive diagnostic tool, can be effectively used for early diagnosis of the cardiac involvement in clinic application. It also has been considered as the preference imaging examination in the evaluation and follow-up of cardiac involvement in TA patients. With the continuous development of ultrasound diagnosis technology, new ultrasound technologies have shown remarkable advantages. However, there are few reports on the cardiac involvement evaluated by echocardiography in TA patients. This paper reviews the research progress of echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiac involvement in TA.
