知柏地黄丸的药理作用和临床应用研究进展

• 摘要：

• 近年来，知柏地黄丸在国内临床应用上的研究越来越深入广泛，可以被用来治疗2型糖尿病、性早熟、牙周炎、紫癜性肾炎、阴道炎、卵巢储备功能低下等妇科疾病以及男性不育，在进一步的探究中发现知柏地黄丸具有抑制成骨细胞过度亢进，调节免疫和物质代谢，调节激素水平等药理作用。本文通过查阅相关文献，对近年来中药知柏地黄丸的药理作用和临床应用研究进展进行综述，以进一步了解知柏地黄丸药理作用及机制，为临床应用提供思路和参考。

   

• In recent years, domestic researches on the clinical application of Zhibai Dihuang pill is more and more extensive. It can be used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus, precocious puberty, periodontitis, purpura nephritis, colpitis, low ovarian reserve function, male infertility and so on. In the further research, we find that Zhibai Dihuang pill has some pharmacological actions on inhibiting hyperactivity of osteoblasts, regulating immune and material metabolism,  regulating the sex hormones and so on. This paper reviews the relevant literature and summarizes the research progress of pharmacological actions and clinical application of Zhibai Dihuang pill in recent years, so as to learn more about pharmacological mechanisms of Zhibai Dihuang pill and to provide ideas and references for its clinical application.
