慢性心力衰竭时能量供应不足,心肌处于缺血缺氧状态,血管新生受到抑制,导致供氧量减少,进一步加重慢性心力衰竭的进程。尖端细胞在血管新生中发挥着导航作用,血管新生时所处低氧环境,促进血管生成,心脏缺血区域血管新生的数量增加,随着血流量增加,心肌细胞凋亡和坏死的程度降低,心脏射血分数增加,减缓慢性心力衰竭的进程。本文综述了调节糖酵解诱导尖端细胞生长,进而促进血管新生,改善慢性心力衰竭的研究进展,并提出假说:调节糖酵解可干预尖端细胞生长及血管生成,使血管生成处于平衡状态,从而改善相关血管疾病。
In chronic heart failure, the energy supply is insufficient, the myocardium is in a state of ischemia and hypoxia, and angiogenesis is inhibited. Those result in the reduction of oxygen supply, and further aggravate the process of chronic heart failure. Tip cells play a navigation role in angiogenesis. The hypoxic environment during angiogenesis promotes angiogenesis, and the number of neovascularization in cardiac ischemic area increases. With the increase of blood flow, the degree of cardiomyocyte apoptosis and necrosis decreases, and the cardiac ejection fraction increases, slowing down the process of chronic heart failure. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of regulating glycolysis to induce tip cell growth, promotes angiogenesis and improve chronic heart failure, and puts forward the hypothesis that regulating glycolysis can intervene tip cell growth and angiogenesis, make angiogenesis in a balanced state, and improve related vascular diseases.
