心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)是一种特殊的内脏脂肪组织储备,且具有多种内分泌作用。现已有临床研究表明EAT与心房颤动的发生、发展、复发存在相关性,并对心房心肌纤维化有直接影响。然而,EAT在心房颤动和心房心肌纤维化中的病理生理机制仍未得到具体阐明。本文主要回顾了EAT对心房颤动心房心肌纤维化的作用机制,并对其进行总结。
Epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) is a special visceral adipose tissue reserve, which has many endocrine functions. Clinical studies have shown that EAT is related to the occurrence, development and recurrence of atrial fibrillation, and has a direct impact on atrial fibrosis. However, the specific pathophysiological mechanism of EAT on atrial fibrillation and atrial myocardial fibrosis has not been clarified. This article mainly reviews and summarizes the potential mechanism of EAT on atrial fibrosis in atrial fibrillation.
