• 国家组织药品集中采购（简称“药品集采”）是深化医药卫生体制改革的一项重要举措，为更好推动北京市医疗机构药品集采工作常态化、制度化，由北京药理学会联合中国药师协会、中国老年保健医学研究会合理用药与综合评价分会、中国智慧药学联盟共同组织北京市医疗机构专家撰写了《北京市医疗机构落实国家组织药品集中采购专家共识》，对北京市药品集采工作进行总结并提出优化建议，旨在促进北京市医疗机构更好落实国家药品集采政策，进而形成科学化、规范化的药品集采管理工作模式，进一步促进集采政策下医疗机构药品的合理使用。

• Centralized drug procurement organized by the State is an important measure to deepen the reform of the medical and health system. In order to promote the normalization and institutionalization of centralized drug procurement organized by the State in medical institutions in Beijing, the Beijing Pharmacological Society, Chinese Pharmacists Association, Chinese Association of Geriatric Research, Branch of Rational Drug Use and Comprehensive Evaluation, and China Intelligent Pharmacy Alliance organized experts of medical institutions in Beijing to write Expert Consensus on Beijing′s Medical Institutions Implemented the Centralized Drug Procurement Organized by the State. This consensus summarizes the implementation of centralized drug procurement organized by the State in Beijing, offers proposals for optimization, aims to promote Beijing′s medical institutions to better implement centralized drug procurement organized by the State, forms a scientific and standardized drug collection management mode, and further promotes the rational use of drugs in medical institutions under the policy of centralized drug procurement.
