• Lemierre综合征也被称为人类坏死杆菌病，是一种罕见且可能危及生命的疾病。主要表现为脓毒血症、颈内静脉感染性栓塞、远处脏器转移性化脓灶。近年来由于抗菌药物耐药和治疗处方模式的变化，其发病率有增加的趋势。临床医师对于本病要给予充分重视，避免漏诊，早期识别，给予规范的抗感染治疗，必要时进行抗凝和外科干预治疗，以改善预后。本文就Lemierre综合征流行病学、发病机制、临床表现及诊断和治疗方面的研究进展作一综述。

• Lemierre syndrome(LS), also known as human necrobacillosis, is a rare and potentially life-threatening disease. The main manifestations are sepsis, infectious embolism of internal jugular vein and metastatic suppurative focus of distant organs. In recent years, due to antibiotic resistance and changes in treatment prescription patterns, the incidence rate of LS is increasing. Clinicians should pay full attention to the disease to avoid missed diagnosis. It is very important to identify LS early and give standardized anti-infective treatment. Anticoagulation and surgical intervention should be carried out according to the actual clinical situation to improve the prognosis. This article reviews the research progress in epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of LS.
