  • 糖代谢状态对急性心肌梗死患者的预后具有重要预测价值。糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)是评价糖尿病患者近期血糖控制情况和预测血管并发症的重要指标,是心血管疾病死亡的独立预测因子。HbA1c水平升高可促进急性心肌梗死的发生发展,为急性心肌梗死患者预后和经皮冠状动脉介入后结局的危险因素,HbA1c可能与急性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉病变程度密切相关,具体结论仍需要更多临床和循证医学证据来证实。本文就HbA1c对急性心肌梗死发病及预后影响的研究进展进行综述。

  • Glucose metabolism has important predictive value for the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) is an important index to evaluate the recent blood glucose control of diabetic patients and to predict vascular complications. It is an independent predictor of cardiovascular disease death. Elevated HbA1c level can promote the occurrence and development of acute myocardial infarction, which is a risk factor for the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction and the outcome after percutaneous coronary intervention. HbA1c may be closely related to the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and the specific conclusion still needs more clinical and evidence-based medical evidence to confirm. This paper reviews the research progress of the influence of HbA1c on the pathogenesis and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.
