  • 冠状动脉和颈动脉粥样硬化机制相似,已有大量研究肯定了颈动脉粥样硬化程度在冠心病(冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病)诊断及心血管事件预测方面的优势。而超声是探查颈动脉状况的常用无创工具,可经济、快速地提供颈动脉粥样硬化指标。因此通过颈动脉超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化相关指标,可间接预测冠状动脉有无病变及病变的严重程度,从而对冠心病的存在和发展进行预测。本文就颈动脉超声探查的颈动脉粥样硬化指标与冠心病相关方面的研究进展作一综述。

  • Coronary has similar mechanisms in atherosclerosis as carotid artery. Many studies have confirmed the advantages of carotid atherosclerosis in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and prediction of cardiovascular events. However, ultrasound is a common non-invasive tool for exploring the condition of carotid artery, which can provide indicators of carotid atherosclerosis economically and quickly. Therefore, the detection of carotid atherosclerosis-related indicators by carotid ultrasound can indirectly predict whether there is coronary artery disease and the severity of the disease, so as to predict the existence and development of coronary heart disease. This paper reviews the research progress of carotid atherosclerosis indicators associated with coronary heart disease detected by carotid ultrasound.
