  • 目的 探讨多媒体宣教模式在临床工作中的应用对脑血管造影术后患者尿潴留的影响。方法  选取2019年1月至2020年12月在甘肃省人民医院脑血管病中心行全脑血管造影的403例患者为研究对象进行回顾性队列研究,按照术前健康教育指导方法分为对照组(198例)和观察组(205例)。对照组按照脑血管病中心一般护理常规对患者进行术前准备,观察组在对照组的基础上增加多媒体宣教,比较2组患者术后尿潴留发生情况。结果  术后对照组发生尿潴留45例、尿潴留发生率为22.7%(45/198),观察组发生尿潴留11例。尿潴留发生率为5.4%(11/205),观察组尿潴留发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.370,P<0.001)。结论 多媒体宣教模式在临床工作中的应用能明显减少全脑血管造影术后患者尿潴留的发生。

  • Objective  To explore the effect of multimedia education mode on postoperative urinary retention in patients undergoing cerebral angiography. Methods  A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 403 patients who underwent whole cerebral angiography in the Cerebrovascular Disease Center, Gansu Provincial Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020. They were divided into control group(198 cases) and observation group(205 cases) according to the guidance method of preoperative health education. The control group was given preoperative preparation according to the general nursing routine of the Cerebrovascular Disease Center, and the observation group was additionally given multimedia education on the basis of the control group. The occurrence of postoperative urinary retention was compared between the two groups. Results  Postoperative urinary retention occurred in 45 cases in the control group, and the urinary retention rate was 22.7%(45/198); urinary retention occurred in 11 cases in the observation group, and the urinary retention rate was 5.4%(11/205). The urinary retention rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=25.370, P<0.001). Conclusion  The application of multimedia education mode in clinical work can significantly reduce the incidence of urinary retention after total cerebral angiography.
