脑水肿是缺血性脑梗死、脑出血、脑积水、肝衰竭等多种疾病的继发性症状,严重的脑水肿导致颅内压升高进而形成脑疝,对患者生命造成严重威胁。目前临床对于脑水肿的病理生理机制进行了较为详细的研究,但是脑水肿的治疗方式尚未取得较大进步,监测脑水肿程度对于临床防治及预后有重要指导意义。本文主要通过对多种脑水肿监测方式进行综述,强调脑水肿监测在脑水肿防治中的重要作用。
Encephaledema is a manifestation of many diseases, such as ischemic cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, hepatic failure and so on. Severe encephaledema leads to the increase of intracranial pressure and the formation of cerebral hernia, which poses a serious threat to patients. At present, the pathophysiological mechanism of encephaledema has been studied in detail, but the treatment of encephaledema has not made great progress. Monitoring the degree of encephaledema has important guiding significance for clinical prevention and treatment and prognosis. This paper mainly summarizes various monitoring methods of encephaledema, and emphasizes the important role of encephaledema monitoring in the prevention and treatment.
