• 摘要：

• 1例急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入术中和术后使用肝素类药物后出现血小板急剧减少，排除其他药物导致的血小板减少后，诊断为肝素诱导的血小板减少症（HIT）。停用肝素类药物并使用其他抗凝药物后，患者血小板计数逐渐升高。HIT在临床上属于比较罕见的药物不良反应，本文报道该患者的诊疗经过，以期为临床提供参考。

• A patient with acute myocardial infarction developed to rapid thrombocytopenia after using heparin during and after percutaneous coronary intervention. Heparin induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) was diagnosed after excluding thrombocytopenia caused by other drugs. After stopping heparin and using other anticoagulants, patient′s platelet count gradually increased. HIT is a rare adverse drug reaction in clinic. This paper reports the patient′s diagnostic and therapeutic process, so as to provide clinical references for HIT.
