• 摘要：

• 为加快市属医院科技创新机制改革，加速科技成果转化，破解“卡脖子”技术难题，首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院布局建设医企联合实验室，将其作为创新成果转化新型研发平台，积极探索实践市属医院临床医学研究向产品转化的创新方法。本文围绕近些年本院在创新型医院转型过程中存在的问题，提出开展医企联合实验室建设的必要性，并从制度保障、管理模式、运行机制等方面进行分析，总结与检测类、人工智能类以及材料类创新企业共同建设的联合实验室取得的成效，对未来医院持续创新发展提出积极展望。综合认为医企联合实验模式是针对当前医疗机构与创新企业技术创新融合的新尝试，对医疗机构复合型人才培养、创新成果转化以及激发创新发展新思路有着重要的现实意义。

• In order to speed up the reform of municipal hospital scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and solve technical problems, Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University has explored the hospital-enterprise joint laboratory construction. As the innovation achievements of new research and development platform, actively explore and practice the innovative methods of transforming clinical medical research into products in municipal hospitals. Focusing on the problems existing in the transformation of innovative hospitals in recent years, this paper puts forward the necessity of carrying out the construction of the hospital-enterprise joint laboratory, analyzes it from the aspects of system guarantee, management mode and operation mechanism, summarizes the results achieved by the joint laboratories jointly built with testing, artificial intelligence and material innovative enterprises, and puts forward a positive outlook for the sustainable innovation and development of hospitals in the future. It is comprehensively considered that the hospital-enterprise joint laboratory is a novel attempt for the integration of technological innovation between medical institutions and innovative enterprises. It has important practical significance for the cultivation of compound talents, the transformation of innovative achievements and the stimulation of new ideas for innovative development in medical institutions.
