乳腺癌的中医药防治现状及展望

• 摘要：

• 乳腺癌为我国乃至全球女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤，其死亡人数亦居全球女性癌症死亡人数首位，是国家肿瘤防治的重点。据数据显示2020年全球乳腺癌新发病例高达226万例，中国乳腺癌新发病例数42万例，为中国女性癌症新发病例数之首，占整体女性恶性肿瘤的19.9%。随着医学诊疗技术的发展，中医辨证论治与现代医学精准治疗相结合，乳腺癌的病死率逐渐下降，5年生存率明显提高，已超过83%，与发达国家诊疗水平相当。中医药基于分型-分阶段个体化治疗的指导下，以肿瘤全方位全周期管理为策略，在乳腺癌相关并发症的治疗、复发转移的预防等方面发挥着重要作用。本文从循证医学证据的基础上论述中医药治疗乳腺癌的现状和方法并展望，为临床治疗提供思路。

• Breast cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence in women in China and even in the world, and its death toll ranks the first in the world. It is the focus of national cancer prevention and treatment. Data showed that in 2020, the number of new cases of breast cancer worldwide reached 2.26 million, and the number in China was 420 thousand. It was the first new incidence of female tumor and accounted for 19.9% of female malignant tumors. With the development of medical diagnosis and treatment technology, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）syndrome differentiation and treatment with modern medicine, the mortality rate of breast cancer has gradually decreased, the 5-year survival rate has increased significantly, more than 83%, and has been equivalent to developed countries. By classification-staging individualized therapy and strategy of comprehensive cycle management of tumor, TCM plays an important role in the treatment of breast cancer-related complications, the prevention of recurrence and metastasis, etc. Based on the evidence of evidence-based medicine, this paper discusses the current situation and methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer, and makes a prospect, so as to provide ideas for clinical treatment.
