• 摘要：

• 近年来，桥本甲状腺炎（HT）和甲状腺癌尤其是甲状腺乳头状癌（PTC）的发病率均呈上升趋势。HT与甲状腺癌发病的关系尚不明确。有免疫机制研究发现，HT可影响PTC的肿瘤免疫微环境，改善预后。内分泌研究发现,长期HT引起促甲状腺激素升高是PTC发生发展的危险因素。一些共同的分子标志物在HT和PTC患者血清和组织标本中均呈高表达，与在其他甲状腺疾病中的表达差异明显。合并HT的PTC患者具有特定的临床特征。本文对HT与甲状腺癌关系的研究进展进行综述。

• In recent years, the incidences of Hashimoto′s thyroiditis (HT) and thyroid cancer, especially papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), have been increasing. The relationship between HT and thyroid cancer is not clear. Studies on immune mechanism have found that HT can affect the tumor immune microenvironment of PTC and improve the prognosis. Endocrine studies have found that the increase of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) caused by long-term HT is a risk factor for the occurrence and development of PTC. Some common molecular markers are highly expressed in serum and tissue samples of HT and PTC patients, which is significantly different from that in other thyroid diseases. PTC patients with HT have specific clinical characteristics. This paper reviews the research progress on the relationship between HT and thyroid cancer.
