• 摘要：

• 目前高血压在全国范围内发病率很高，同时也是心力衰竭、动脉硬化、慢性肾脏病等多种疾病的病因及并发症，尽管目前有很多常用的降压药物，如血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂、钙通道阻滞剂、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂等，但高血压的控制率并不高，而且其并发症的发生、靶器官的损害依然存在。随着医疗科技的发展及生物医学的创新，有众多的试验证据表明沙库巴曲缬沙坦具有降压作用的同时可以预防高血压患者靶器官的损害，在高血压治疗中有着巨大的应用前景。本综述旨在讨论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗高血压的作用机制、临床应用及对患者靶器官损害的影响。

• At present, the incidence of hypertension is high in the whole country, and hypertension is also the cause and complication of heart failure, arteriosclerosis, chronic kidney disease and other diseases. Although there are many common antihypertensive drugs, such as angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers, calcium channel blockers, β-blockers and diuretics, the control rate of hypertension is unsatisfactory, and the occurrence of complications and damage to target organs are still common. With the development of medical technology and the innovation of biomedicine, a large number of experimental data have shown that sacubitril valsartan has antihypertensive effect and it can prevent the damage to target organs in patients with hypertension, which has a great application prospect in the treatment of hypertension. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the mechanism, clinical application and effect on target organ damage of sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of hypertension.
