• 目的 探讨肠道准备结束与肠镜检查开始间隔时间对患者结肠清洁度的影响。方法 选取2021年4—10月在首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院消化内科内镜中心行肠镜检查的患者，按肠道准备结束与肠镜检查开始间隔时间分组，分为间隔5 h组、6 h组、7 h组和8 h组。比较各组患者结肠清洁度的差异。结果 本研究共收集216例患者的临床资料。间隔5 h组(66例)、6 h组（56例）、7 h组（53例）和8 h组（41例）患者肠道清洁度波士顿评分中位数分别为7、6、5、4分，渥太华评分中位数分别为3、4、5、6分，4组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.001)。间隔5 h组、6 h组、7 h组和8 h组患者肠镜检查进镜时间、结肠息肉检出率比较差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05)。结论 肠道准备结束与肠镜检查开始间隔5 h组患者结肠清洁度最佳，临床应根据患者肠镜检查预约时间个体化安排肠道准备时间。

• Objective To investigate the effect of the interval time from the end of bowel preparation to the beginning of colonoscopy on colonic cleanliness. Methods Patients undergoing colonoscopy in Digestive Endoscopy Center of Department of Digestive, Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University from April to October 2021 were selected. They were divided into 5-h interval, 6-h interval, 7-h interval and 8-h interval groups according to the interval time from the end of bowel preparation to the beginning of colonoscopy. Differences in colonic cleanliness were compared among the groups. Results The clinical data of 216 patients were collected in this study. The median Boston bowel cleanliness  score was 7, 6, 5 and 4 in the 5-h interval (66 cases), 6-h interval (56 cases), 7-h interval (53 cases) and 8-h interval (41 cases) groups, and the median Ottawa score was 3, 4, 5 and 6, respectively. There were significant differences among the four groups (both P＜0.001). There were no significant differences in the time of enteroscopy and the detection rate of colonic polyps among 5-h interval, 6-h interval, 7-h interval and 8-h interval groups (all P＞0.05). Conclusion The colonic cleanliness of 5-h interval time from the end of bowel preparation to the beginning of colonoscopy is the best, and the bowel preparation should be arranged individualized according to the patient′s colonoscopy appointment time.
