  • 生长分化因子15GDF-15)是一种肽类激素,是转化生长因子β超级家族的成员。在正常生理状态下,GDF-15在多个组织中低表达,而在组织损伤和炎症等病理过程中表达升高,GDF-15的异常表达与不同疾病的状态密切相关。脓毒症是机体对感染反应的失控导致的多器官功能障碍,近年来研究发现脓毒症患者血清GDF-15水平显著升高,提示GDF-15可能参与了脓毒症的发生发展,也可能是脓毒症的潜在生物标志物。本文对GDF-15在脓毒症中的研究进展进行综述。

  • Growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) is a peptide hormone and a member of the transforming growth factor-β super family. Under normal physiological conditions, GDF-15 is lowly expressed in many tissues, but it will increase in pathological processes such as tissue damage and inflammation. The abnormal expression of GDF-15 is closely related to the state of different diseases. Sepsis is a multiple organ dysfunction caused by the bodys uncontrolled response to infection. In recent years, studies have found that serum GDF-15 level significantly increases in patients with sepsis, suggesting that GDF-15 may be involved in the occurrence and development of sepsis, and may also be a potential biomarker of sepsis. This article reviews the research progress of GDF-15 in sepsis.
