近年研究发现,帕金森病发病可能与肠道微生物有关。肠道微生物可能通过神经内分泌调节、神经免疫调节和神经调节等方式影响大脑功能,进而导致帕金森病的发病,而Toll样受体在其中扮演了重要的角色。对肠道微生物进行调节或可成为帕金森病等神经退行性疾病的新兴治疗方向。本文对肠道微生物紊乱和Toll样受体与帕金森病的相关性研究进展进行综述。
In recent years, studies have shown that Parkinson′s disease may be associated with gut microbiota, which influences the function of brain through neuroendocrine regulation, neuroimmunology regulation and neuromodulation, further contributing to the onset of Parkinson′s disease. During this process, Toll-like receptors play a crucial role. Regulation of gut microbiota opens the possibility for new treatment for Parkinson′s disease. This review summarizes the research progress on the role of gut microbiota disorder and Toll-like receptors in pathogenesis of Parkinson′s disease.
