• 乳腺癌患者行乳腺切除术后的总体生存率与保乳手术后辅助放疗的总体生存率相似，术后辅助放疗可使乳腺癌患者总体生存率升高。影响乳腺癌术后放疗效果的主要因素有放疗方法、放疗体位、放疗呼吸方式、患者年龄、乳腺的体积及形态、肿瘤分期和分型等。本文对乳腺癌保乳手术后放疗的研究进展进行综述，分析影响放疗效果的因素。 -font-family:Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri'>骆成玉

• The overall survival rates of breast cancer patients undergoing adjuvant radiotherapy after mastectomy and breast-conserving surgery are similar. Postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy can increase the overall survival rate of breast cancer patients. The main factors that affect the effect of postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer include radiotherapy method, radiotherapy position, radiotherapy breathing method, patients′ age, breast size and morphology, tumor stage and type, and so on. This article reviews the research progress of radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery for breast cancer, and analyzes the factors that affect the effect of radiotherapy.
