长链非编码RNA是一组长度超过200个核苷酸、没有蛋白编码功能的RNA转录本,在肿瘤发生过程中发挥着重要作用。神经母细胞瘤相关转录本1(NBAT1)是位于6p22号染色体局部扩增区的新型长链非编码RNA,在多种肿瘤组织中表达下调,低表达的NBAT1通常预示着患者预后不良。NBAT1参与细胞增殖、侵袭、转移、凋亡、细胞周期的调控和化疗耐药等与癌变相关的过程。本文对NBAT1在不同肿瘤发生发展中的作用及其分子机制进行综述,为肿瘤的早期诊断和靶向治疗提供新的研究方向。
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), a group of RNA transcripts with more than 200 nucleotides in length and no protein coding function, plays an important role in tumorigenesis. Neuroblastoma associated transcript 1 (NBAT1) is a novel lncRNA located in the local amplification region of chromosome 6p22, and its expression is down-regulated in a variety of tumor tissues. Low expression of NBAT1 usually indicates a poor prognosis. At the same time, NBAT1 is involved in several cancer-related processes, such as cell proliferation, invasion, metastasis, apoptosis, cell cycle, and chemotherapy resistance.
