• 摘要：

• 癌症是全球的重大公共卫生问题，严重威胁人类健康，并且发病率和死亡率不断上升。国际癌症研究机构（IARC）发布了2020年全球癌症统计报告，女性乳腺癌已经超过肺癌成为发病率最高的癌症，肺癌仍然是所有癌症当中第一大死亡原因。不同癌症的发病率有明显的地域分布特征和性别差异，人类发展指数对癌症发病率也有一定影响。本文对全球癌症的发病情况进行简要评述。

• Cancer is a major public health problem in the world, a serious threat to human health, and its morbidity and mortality are increasing. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) released the 2020 Global Cancer Statistics Report. Female breast cancer has surpassed lung cancer as the cancer with the highest incidence, and lung cancer remains the leading cause of death among all cancers. The incidence of different cancers has obvious geographical distribution characteristics and gender differences, and the Human Development Index also has a certain impact on the incidence of cancer. This article provides a brief overview of the global incidence of cancer.
