“肾主水”的理论内涵及其对临床疾病防治指导作用的概述

• 本文总结了当前对“肾主水”理论内涵的认识，并结合“肾应冬”理论，提出了“肾主水”的本质内涵。“肾主水”是肾应四时而主司调节机体全身水液代谢以适应四时变化的时间调节系统。同时，结合现代医学神经内分泌系统，基于褪黑素四季调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴和水液代谢分子，探析“肾主水”的现代生物学机制。这有助于完善中医“肾主水”理论，更好地发挥理论指导临床预防与治疗疾病的作用。

• This paper summarizes the current understanding of the theoretical connotation of "kidney governing water", and puts forward the essential connotation of "kidney governing water" in conjunction with the theory of "kidney corresponding to winter"is. "kidney governing water" is a time regulation system for the metabolism of water in the body to adapt to the change of four seasons. Meanwhile, combined with the neuroendocrine system of modern medicine, regulation of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and water metabolism molecular system based on melatonin in the four seasons, the physiological mechanism of "kidney governing water" is explored.
