糖尿病是由遗传和环境因素共同引起的一种慢性代谢紊乱性疾病,严重威胁着患者的健康。糖尿病患者血管新生失调是引起糖尿病并发症的重要原因,低氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)是体内重要的氧代谢调节因子,其通过作用于下游靶基因如血管内皮生长因子、血红素氧合酶1、血管生成素等,参与调控糖尿病患者机体血管生成等活动,以减轻高糖低氧对机体的损害作用。本文以HIF-1为切入点,对HIF-1通过多种通路及相关因子调控糖尿病患者血管新生的研究进展进行综述。
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder disease caused by both genetic and environmental factors, which seriously threatens the health of patients. Diabetic patients angiogenesis disorder is an important cause of diabetic complications. Hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) is an important regulator of oxygen metabolism in the body. It plays a role in regulating the angiogenesis and other activities of diabetic patients by acting on downstream target genes such as vascular endothelial growth factor, heme oxygenase-1 and angiopoietin, so as to reduce the damage of high glucose and hypoxia on the body. Taking HIF-1 as the breakthrough point, this paper mainly expounds the research progress of HIF-1 regulating angiogenesis in diabetic patients through a variety of ways.
