胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其5年存活率仅为35.9%。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)与胃癌大小、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期具有相关性,提示其在胃癌的发生发展及转移中具有重要作用。TAMs 主要是由外周血中的单核细胞演化而来,可分为M1与M2型,其中M2型TAMs可促进肿瘤生长、组织重塑、促进血管生成和抑制获得性免疫,与患者预后差及化疗耐受有关。靶向TAMs的治疗研究正在进行中,部分靶向药物也具有较好的疗效。因此,本文就TAMs在胃癌中相关研究进展进行综述。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China, and its 5-year survival rate is only 35.9%. Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) are correlated with the size, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of gastric cancer, suggesting that they play an important role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of gastric cancer. TAMs are mainly evolved from monocytes in peripheral blood and can be divided into M1 and M2 types. M2 TAMs can promote tumor growth, tissue remodeling, promote angiogenesis and inhibit acquired immunity, and are related to poor prognosis and chemotherapy tolerance. The treatment of targeted TAMs is also in progress, and some targeted drugs also have good therapeutic effects. Therefore, this paper reviews the related research progress of TAMs in gastric cancer.
