• 摘要：

• 恶性胆道梗阻是由恶性肿瘤导致的胆道狭窄或闭塞。随着介入技术及医学材料的发展，经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术(PTCD)和胆道支架置入术(PTBS)已成为解除胆道梗阻的主要姑息性治疗方法。胆道感染、急性胰腺炎、胆道出血、支架再狭窄及胆心反射等并发症均影响患者的生活质量及生存期。探究PTCD/PTBS术后相关并发症及其危险因素，对改善恶性胆道梗阻患者预后具有重要的临床意义。

• Malignant biliary obstruction is caused by biliary stenosis or obstruction due to malignant tumor. With the development of interventional techniques and medical materials, percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD) and percutaneous transhepatic biliary stenting (PTBS) have already become the main palliative therapy to relieve biliary obstruction. The complications, including biliary tract infection, acute pancreatitis, biliary tract hemobilia, biliary stent restenosis and biliary-cardiac reflex and so on, seriously affect the quality of life and survival time of the patients. Understanding the complications and risk factors of PTCD/PTBS has important clinical significance for improving the prognosis of patients with malignant biliary obstruction.
