糖尿病肾病早期诊断生物标志物的研究进展

• 摘要：

• 糖尿病肾病(DN)作为糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症已成为导致慢性肾脏病及终末期肾脏病的重要原因。尽管有众多控制血糖的治疗药物，但针对DN的特异治疗手段仍不尽如人意，这与DN的早期诊断困难密不可分。目前临床常用的DN诊断指标包括尿微量白蛋白和估算肾小球滤过率等，但其敏感度和特异度备受争议。本文对近年来发现的早期诊断DN的新的生物标志物进行综述。

• As one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus, diabetic nephropathy(DN) becomes one of the leading causes of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. Despite numerous therapeutic agents for controlling blood glucose, specific treatments for DN are still unsatisfactory, which is inseparable from the difficulties in early diagnosis of DN. Urine microalbuminuria and estimated glomerular filtration rate and other indexes are currently used biomarkers for DN in clinical settings, however, their sensitivity and specificity are controversial. This article reviews recent advantages in discovery of novel biomarkers for early diagnosis of DN.
