• 在21世纪，由于计算机性能的巨大突破，人工智能迎来了飞速的发展。人工智能已经融入我们生活的方方面面，但直到近十年，人工智能在医学领域方面才开始崭露头角。而在21世纪由于医学技术的不断发展，大量的数据生成，在临床工作中存在着大量的诊断错误、治疗错误、资源浪费、工作效率低下、不公平以及患者和临床医生之间的时间不足。这使得人工智能在医学方面的需求急速增长。本文对人工智能的发展以及近年在医学领域的应用进行了综述。

• In the 21st century, due to the tremendous breakthroughs in computer performance, artificial intelligence has ushered in rapid development. Artificial intelligence has been integrated into many aspects of our lives, but it has not been in the medical field until the past decade. In the 21st century, due to the continuous development of medical technology and the generation of a large amount of data, there are a large number of diagnostic errors, treatment errors, waste of resources, low work efficiency, unfairness, and insufficient time between patients and clinicians in clinical work. These have led to a rapid increase in the demand for artificial intelligence in medicine. This article summarizes the development of artificial intelligence and its application in the medical field in the past decade.
