• 摘要：

• 肝细胞癌是世界范围内常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤，其早期诊疗对于改善患者预后具有重要意义。循环肿瘤DNA（ctDNA）作为一种新的分子标志物，对于肝细胞癌早期诊断、疗效评估、耐药监测、异质性监测、复发及预后评估具有重要价值。本文就ctDNA在肝细胞癌的诊断、治疗、耐药及预后方面的相关研究进行综述。

• Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system worldwide. Early diagnosis and treatment of HCC are significant to improve the prognosis of patients. As a new molecular marker, circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA) has important value in early diagnosis, evaluation of curative efficacy, monitoring of drug resistance, monitoring of heterogeneity, recurrence and prognosis assessment of HCC. This paper reviews correlation researches of ctDNA in diagnosis, treatment, drug resistance and prognosis of HCC.
