中风回春片在血管神经性头痛治疗中的应用效果及安全性

• 摘要：

• 目的 探讨中风回春片在血管神经性头痛治疗中的应用效果及安全性。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年5月北京市第一中西医结合医院收治的血管神经性头痛患者151例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组（75例）和观察组（76例）。对照组口服谷维素片、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上口服中风回春片治疗，2组均治疗4周，停药后随访3个月。比较2组临床效果、头痛情况、脑血流动力学指标和不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组［93.4%（71/76）比78.7%（59/75）］，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组头痛视觉模拟量表评分、每月头痛发作次数、每次发作持续时间低于/少于/短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。治疗后，2组大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉、基底动脉血流速度均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组［（60±6）cm/s比（65±6）cm/s、（76±6）cm/s比（85±7）cm/s、（68±6）cm/s比（75±7）cm/s、（46±8）cm/s比（53±6）cm/s］，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 中风回春片可以改善血管神经性头痛患者的头痛症状和脑血流动力学，且安全性良好。

• Objective To explore the application effect and safety of Zhongfeng Huichun tablets on the treatment of angioneurotic headache. Methods From January 2019 to May 2020, 151 patients with angioneurotic headache admitted to the Beijing First Integrated Hospital of Chinese and Western Medicine were enrolled. They were randomly divided into control group(75 cases) and observation group(76 cases). The control group was treated with oryzanol tablets and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules orally, and the observation group was treated with Zhongfeng Huichun tablets orally on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and followed-up for 3 months after drug withdrawal. The clinical effect, headache, cerebral hemodynamic indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in  the control group［93.4%(71/76) vs 78.7%(59/75)］(P<0.05). After treatment, the visual analogue scale score of headache, the times of headache attack per month and the duration of each attack in the observation group were lower/less/shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). After treatment, the blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery and basilar artery in the both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group［(60±6)cm/s vs (65±6)cm/s, (76±6)cm/s vs (85±7)cm/s, (68±6)cm/s vs (75±7)cm/s, (46±8)cm/s vs (53±6)cm/s］(all P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Zhongfeng Huichun tablets can effectively relieve headache symptoms and cerebral hemodynamics of patients with angioneurotic headache, and its safety is good.
