  • 目的 探究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中长链非编码RNAlncRNALINC01503、微小RNAmiR-335-5p的表达及其临床意义。方法 选取2016112月于安徽医科大学附属宿州医院诊治的88NSCLC患者,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测癌组织和癌旁组织中lncRNA LINC01503miR-335-5p的表达量,分析癌组织中lncRNA LINC01503miR-335-5p表达的相关性及随访期间患者的生存情况。结果 NSCLC癌组织中lncRNA LINC01503表达量明显高于癌旁组织[(2.63±0.30)比(1.05±0.21)],miR-335-5p表达量明显低于癌旁组织[(1.14±0.23)比(1.92±0.22)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。TNM Ⅲ期患者癌组织中lncRNA LINC01503表达量高于TNM Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、miR-335-5p表达量低于TNM Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.001)。癌组织中lncRNA LINC01503miR-335-5p的表达量呈负相关(r=-0.612P<0.001)。lncRNA LINC01503高表达患者3年生存率及平均生存时间显著低于/短于lncRNA LINC01503低表达患者,miR-335-5p高表达患者3年生存率及平均生存时间显著高于/长于miR-335-5p低表达患者(均P0.05)。结论 NSCLC癌组织中lncRNA LINC01503表达量升高,miR-335-5p表达量下降,二者表达量呈负相关,可能成为提示NSCLC预后新的肿瘤标志物。

  • Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) LINC01503 and microRNA (miR)-335-5p in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues. Methods From January to December 2016, 88 cases of NSCLC patients admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expressions of lncRNA LINC01503 and miR-335-5p in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. The correlation between the expressions of lncRNA LINC01503 and miR-335-5p in cancer tissues and the survival of patients in follow-up period were analyzed. Results The expression of lncRNA LINC01503 in NSCLC cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues[(2.63±0.30 vs 1.05±0.21)], while the expression of miR-335-5p in NSCLC cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues [(1.14±0.23 vs 1.92±0.22)] (both P<0.001). The expression of lncRNA LINC01503 in cancer tissues of patients with TNM stage was higher than that of patients with stage -, and the expression of miR-335-5p in cancer tissues of patients with TNM stage was lower than that of patients with stage -(both P<0.001). There was a negative correlation between the expressions of lncRNA LINC01503 and miR-335-5p in cancer tissues (r=-0.612, P<0.001). The 3-year survival rate and average survival time of patients with high expression of lncRNA LINC01503 were significantly lower/shorter than those of patients with low expression of lncRNA LINC01503, and 3-year survival rate and average survival time of patients with high expression of miR-335-5p were significantly higher/longer than that of patients with low expression of miR-335-5p (all P<0.05). Conclusions  The expression of lncRNA LINC01503 increases in NSCLC cancer tissues, while the expression of miR-335-5p decreases. There is a negative correlation between them. They are expected to become new tumor markers for prognosis of NSCLC.
