  • 目的 探讨中国汉族人群增殖抑制基因(HSG)单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与血脂水平的相关性。方法 选取首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院中国汉族体检健康者664名,均接受空腹血糖和血脂水平以及HSGSNP检测,采用多元线性回归模型在共显性模型、显性模型和隐性模型下分析总体人群以及男性亚组和女性亚组人群HSGSNP与血脂水平的相关性。结果 在增殖基因的基因编码区发现rs2295281rs3753579rs18105633SNP,检测成功率分别为98.6%655/664)、99.7%662/664)、97.6%648/664),3个基因型分布均满足哈迪-温伯格平衡定律(P0.05)。在总体人群和男性亚组人群中,rs2295281位点的CC基因型携带者的三酰甘油水平均高于T等位基因携带者[(1.9±1.1)mmol/L(1.6±1.1)mmol/L(2.2±1.6)mmol/L(1.8±1.2)mmol/L],rs3753579位点的GG基因型携带者的三酰甘油水平均高于A等位基因携带者[(1.9±1.2)mmol/L(1.6±1.1)mmol/L(2.3±1.6)mmol/L(1.9±1.3)mmol/L,rs1810563位点的GG基因型携带者的三酰甘油水平均高于A等位基因携带者[(2.0±1.6)mmol/L(1.6±1.2)mmol/L(2.6±1.4)mmol/L(1.9±1.3)mmol/L],且男性亚组人群中rs1810563位点的GG基因型携带者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于A等位基因携带者[(1.18±0.27)mmol/L(1.28±0.26)mmol/L](均P0.05)。在女性亚组人群中,rs2295281位点的TT基因型携带者的总胆固醇水平高于C等位基因携带者[(5.3±0.8)mmol/L(4.9±0.8)mmol/L],rs1810563位点的AA基因型携带者总胆固醇水平高于G等位基因携带者[(5.2±0.9mmol/L比(4.8±0.9mmol/L](均P<0.05),rs3753579位点未发现与血脂水平的相关性。结论 HSGSNP与中国汉族人群的血脂水平有关。

  • Objective To investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of hyperplasia suppressor gene (HSG) and serum lipids in Chinese Han population. Methods A total of 664 healthy Han Chinese undergoing health examination in Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University were selected. Multivariate regression model was used to analyze the association between HSG SNPs and serum lipids level in all subjects.Results  The sequences of rs2295281, rs3753579 and rs1810563,includingthe three types of HSG SNPs, were detected; the detection ratio was 98.6%655/664, 99.7%662/664, 97.6%648/664. The distribution of the three genotypes all went with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium lawall P0.05 . Among all subjects and the male subgroup, the triglyceride levels of CC genotype carriers at rs2295281 were higher than those of T allele carriers (1.9±1.1)mmol/L vs (1.6±1.1)mmol/L, (2.2±1.6)mmol/L vs (1.8±1.2)mmol/L; the triglyceride levels of GG genotype carriers at rs3753579 were higher than those of A allele carriers (1.9±1.2)mmol/L vs (1.6±1.1)mmol/L, (2.3±1.6)mmol/L vs (1.9±1.3)mmol/L; the triglyceride levels of GG genotype carriers at rs1810563 were higher than those of A allele carriers (2.0±1.6)mmol/L vs (1.6±1.2)mmol/L, (2.6±1.4)mmol/L vs (1.9±1.3)mmol/L(all P<0.05). In male subgroup, the high-density lipoprotein level of GG genotype carriers at rs1810563 was higher than that of A allele carriers(1.18±0.27)mmol/L vs (1.28±0.26)mmol/L(P<0.05). In female subgroup, the total cholesterol level of TT genotype carriers at rs2295281 was higher than that of C allele carriers(5.3±0.8)mmol/L vs (4.9±0.8)mmol/L; the total cholesterol level of AA genotype carriers at rs1810563 was higher than that of G allele carriers(5.2±0.9)mmol/L vs (4.8±0.9)mmol/L](all P<0.05. Conclusion The HSG SNPs are associated with serum lipids level in Han Chinese.
