• 摘要：

• 腰腿痛是中老年人常见的一种病症，是指以腰部和腿部出现慢性疼痛为主要特征的症候群。中医认为，该类疾病属于“痹证”的范畴，肝肾亏虚、寒湿阻络为其基本病因病机。腰痛宁胶囊是治疗寒湿阻络型风湿骨病的中药制剂，具有疏风散寒、温经通络、消肿止痛、强健腰膝的作用。本文对腰痛宁胶囊治疗腰腿痛的研究进展进行综述。

• Lumbar and leg pain is a common symptom in the middle-aged and elderly, which is characterized by chronic pain in lumbar and legs. According to traditional Chinese medicine, this kind of disease belongs to the category of "arthralgia syndrome". The basic etiology and pathogenesis are deficiency of liver and kidney, cold and dampness obstruction of collaterals. Yaotongning capsule is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating rheumatic bone disease of cold-dampness obstruction collateral type. It has the functions of dispersing wind and cold, warming meridians and dredging collaterals, relieving swelling and pain and strengthening waist and knee. This paper summarizes the advancement of Yaotongning capsule treated in lumbar and leg pain.
