• 发育性髋关节发育不良（DDH）是骨关节外科一种常见疾病，随病情进展，常常会发生髋关节脱位合并骨关节炎，对患者生活质量造成严重影响的同时，还会对家庭、社会造成严重的负担。DDH的早期诊断有着极其重要的意义，随着医疗技术的发展和医学理念的更新，DDH的早期诊断也有了新的发展，特别是遗传学研究的新成果可能对DDH的早期诊断带来巨大的改变，本文综述DDH早期诊断的方法及发展趋势。

• Developmental dysplasia of the hip（DDH） is a common disease in bone and joint surgery. With the progression of the disease, hip joint dislocation and osteoarthritis often occur, which not only seriously affects the quality of life of the patients, but also causes a serious burden on the family and society The early diagnosis of DDH is of great significance to the treatment. With the development of medical technology and the update of the medical concept, the early diagnosis of DDH also has a new development. Especially the new advances in genetics may make a huge difference in the early diagnosis of DDH. This paper reviews the early diagnosis and the development trend of DDH.
