目的 探讨个体化营养治疗对2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法 选择2019年1—6月首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院收治的202例2型糖尿病住院患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(95例)和对照组(107例)。对照组实行常规饮食+药物或胰岛素治疗,观察组实行个体化营养治疗处方饮食+药物或胰岛素治疗。随访时间为6个月。比较2组干预前后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、尿微量白蛋白和同型半胱氨酸水平。结果 2组患者年龄、性别、体重指数、血压、降糖治疗和降脂治疗方案等基线资料比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。随访6个月时,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平明显低于对照组[6.6(5.7,7.6)mmol/L比9.0(7.3,11.8)mmol/L、7.0%(6.2%,7.6%)比8.2%(7.2%,10.4%)、7.9(0.7,33.0)mg/L比20.4(7.2,85.3)mg/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而总胆固醇、三酰甘油及同型半胱氨酸水平与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 个体化营养治疗可进一步降低2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及尿微量白蛋白水平。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of individualized dietary therapy on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Totally 202 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University from January to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (95 cases) and control group (107 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with routine diet plus drugs or insulin, and those in the observation group were treated with individualized nutrition prescription diet plus drugs or insulin therapy. The follow-up period was 6 months. The levels of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, uriary microalbumin and homocysteine were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in age, gender, body mass index, blood pressure, hypoglycemic therapy and lipid-lowering therapy between the two groups(all P>0.05). After 6 months follow-up, the levels of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and urinary microalbumin in observation group were lower than those in control group[6.6(5.7,7.6)mmol/L vs 9.0(7.3,11.8)mmol/L, 7.0%(6.2%,7.6%) vs 8.2%(7.2%,10.4%), 7.9(0.7,33.0)mg/L vs 20.4(7.2,85.3)mg/L](all P<0.05), while there were no significant differences in levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride and homocysteine between the two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion Individual dietary therapy can further reduce the levels of fasting blood glucose, cholesterol and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes.
