• 摘要：

• 缺血性中风具有高发病率、高致残率、高致死率和高经济负担的特点，血脑屏障作为血液和脑组织交换的动态屏障，逐渐成为研究热点。中医药治疗中风历史悠久，效果显著，本文从中医复方、中药单体、中药作用靶点和针灸4个不同方面探讨中医药对缺血性中风后血脑屏障保护作用的研究进展，以期为后续研究提供参考。

• Ischemic stroke has the characteristics of high morbidity, high disability, high lethality and high economic burden. As a dynamic barrier for the exchange of blood and brain tissue, the blood-brain barrier has gradually become a research hotspot. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）has a long history of treatment for stroke, and the effect is remarkable. This article discusses the research progress on protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine on blood-brain barrier after ischemic stroke from TCM compound, TCM monomer, targets of TCM and acupuncture, in order to provide a reference for subsequent research .
