• 摘要：

• 心力衰竭是心脏疾病的终末阶段，联合应用传统的抗心力衰竭药物治疗后仍有部分患者心功能与生活质量未得到改善，病情不断恶化。心力衰竭的治疗需要新药物的加入。本文从作用机制、临床研究、指南建议等方面，就新型抗心力衰竭药：可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶激动剂、钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂及血管紧张素受体脑啡肽酶抑制剂进行阐述。

• Heart failure is the end stage of cardiac disease. Heart function and quality of life of some patients are not improved and are deteriorated after treatment with routine anti heart failure drugs. The therapy of heart failure needs more new drugs. This article discusses new anti-heart failure drugs (soluble granulate cyclase stimulator, sodium-glucose transporter 2 inhibitors and angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitors) from the aspects of mechanism of action, clinical studies, and guidelines recommendations.
