• 摘要：

• 心源性猝死(SCD)是临床常见的急危重症，严重威胁患者生命，其发病率逐年增长。高质量的心肺复苏以及生存链的建立、植入型心律转复除颤器可以有效减少SCD的发生，挽救患者生命。本文主要总结了SCD发生的病因、发病机制、危险因素及诱因，急救及预防，以期提早预测、提早识别、提早治疗，减少临床SCD的发生。

• Sudden cardiac death (SCD) is a common acute and critical disease, which seriously threatens patients′ life. The incidence of SCD is increasing evey year. High quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the establishment of survival chain and implantation cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) can reduce the occurrence of SCD and save the lives of patients effectively.
