• 摘要：

• 远隔缺血适应（RIC）已被证实在缺血性脑卒中治疗中有积极作用与广阔的应用前景，并且广泛应用于卒中管理研究中，有望成为新的替代或辅助治疗策略。但目前RIC的最佳执行方案和脑保护机制尚不明确，而且缺乏敏感性和特异性的生物标志物，这些问题阻碍了RIC作为常规治疗更广泛地应用于临床实践工作中。我们对RIC的概念、在缺血性脑卒中领域中的研究进展及其作用机制进行综述。

• Remote ischemic conditioning (RIC) has been confirmed to be an active role and broad application prospects in the field of ischemic stroke treatment; it has been widely investigated for stroke management as a new alternative or adjuvant treatment strategy. However, the optimal implementation program and the brain protection mechanisms of RIC are not clear. There are no sensitive and specific biomarkers of RIC. This review aims to introduce the RIC concept, mechanism and current clinical researches in ischemic stroke.
