从燥毒论治儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎

• 摘要：

• 重症肺炎支原体肺炎以干咳、高热、气促喘息为主要症状，往往出现呼吸系统、神经系统、循环系统等系统并发症，与“燥毒”伤人首先袭肺、耗伤津液、迁延难治、累及他脏等特点相符。本文将以“燥毒”理论对儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎进行论述。

• The main symptoms of severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia are dry cough, high fever, shortness of breath and wheezing. There are other systemic complications involving respiratory system, nervous system and circulation system, which are consistent with the characteristics of dryness poison such as first attack on lung, consumption of body fluid, difficulty and delay of treatment involving other internal organs and so on. This paper discussed syndrome differentiation and treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia based on the theory of dryness and poison.
