  • 远程药学服务模式由于不受时间和地域的限制,能够有效保障发生重大传染病和突发公共卫生事件时期公众获得药学服务的可及性。此次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,为有效减少人员流动,阻断疫情传播,各地通过多种渠道开展远程药学服务,从而降低医院获得性感染和职业暴露风险。但目前国内关于远程药学服务还没有统一的规范和标准,四川省人民医院药学部率先编写了《防控新型冠状病毒肺炎远程药学服务规范》,本文就远程药学服务基本条件、服务原则、服务要求、服务流程、评价体系、服务培训等进行论述,谨供同行参考。

  • Tele-pharmacy service can effectively guarantee the accessibility of pharmacy services to the public during major infectious diseases and public health emergencies because of less restriction over time and space. During the outbreak of corona virus disease-19COVID-19, medical institutions in various regions around China have launched tele-pharmacy service through multiple channels to reduce the movement of people and block the spread of the epidemic, thereby reducing in-hospital infection risk and occupational exposure. However, there is lack of specific standards for the content and process of tele-pharmacy service in China. Pharmacy department of Sichuan Provincial Peoples Hospital compiled a series of standards of tele-pharmacy service for prevention and control of COVID-19. This paper discusses the basic premises, principles, requirements, measures and processes, evaluation system and professional training of tele-pharmacy service, providing reference for pharmacists in medical institutions.
