新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间眼科疾病诊治过程中的防护措施和流程规范

• 摘要：

• 2019年12月以来，新型冠状病毒肺炎的出现为眼科临床工作的开展带来了极大挑战。为安全有效地治疗患者，首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院眼科结合疫情形势变化和自身工作特点，制定了在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情形势下眼科疾病的诊治流程和规范，包括加强患者防控的宣传、重视诊室环境消毒和医患防护、眼病分级诊治等。现总结如下，以期为同行临床诊治活动提供参考。

• Since December 2019,the occurrence and outbreak of corona virus disease-19 has brought the great challenge to the clinical work of ophthalmologist. Combined with the development of this epidemic situation and characteristics of ophthalmology in Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University, we drafted this guideline to diagnose and treat ocular diseases with efficiency and safety, which included strengthening the prevention and control of patients with propaganda, paying attention to the disinfection of the office environment and the protection of doctors and patients, and treating ocular diseases on the basis of severity and emergency. We sum up this discussion to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
